Where things stand

We would rather show our work. This page lists every step between today and the day Imperial could accept a client, and where each one stands.

What this means for you

We cannot help with a claim yet.

Until both licenses are issued, we cannot take on a claim, look at a policy or a letter from an insurer, talk to an insurer for you, or advise you about your situation. If you need help now, these are good places to start:

Why we wait

The law is clear, and we agree with it.

“…no person may act as, or hold himself or herself out to be, an adjuster in this State unless then licensed.”

NRS 684A.040 (government website)

The rule covers the company as well as the person. So this site stays in its current form until both the individual license and the company license are issued and visible in the Division of Insurance license search. We will update this page as each step completes.
