About
A company in formation
Imperial Claims Group is a company being formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, by Hector Camarena, who will be its sole owner.
The plan
What Imperial is being built to be
The plan is for Imperial to become a Nevada public adjusting firm: a firm that will work only for policyholders on their own property claims, and never for insurance companies. It will serve homeowners and property owners in the Las Vegas valley first.
None of that is in place yet. The company has not been filed, and neither Imperial nor its founder holds a public adjuster license. Nevada law does not allow anyone to act as an adjuster, or to present themselves as one, without a license (NRS 684A.040 (government website)). So for now we are building carefully and sharing what we know.

Hector Camarena
Founder and future sole owner
Hector Camarena lives and works in Las Vegas, where he owns and runs small businesses. He is not a licensed public adjuster today. He plans to complete the prelicensing course Nevada requires, sit the state’s adjuster exam and apply to the Nevada Division of Insurance for a public adjuster license.
When his license and the company’s license are issued, both numbers will be shown on this site, and you will be able to check them in the Division’s own license search.
Commitments
How Imperial will work
These are the rules we are building the company around. They take effect from the first day, which will not come until both licenses are issued.
No work before licensing
We will not take on a client, discuss anyone’s claim or speak to an insurer for anyone until both licenses are issued.
One side only
Once licensed, Imperial will represent policyholders, and never insurance companies.
No outside ties
Imperial will not accept money from insurance companies, and will not pay or accept referral payments of any kind.
Plain words
Agreements and letters will be written so that a policyholder can read and understand them before signing anything.
